The roof is one of the most vital parts of a house. While this can be an expensive upfront investment, you will have comfort in knowing that your house is protected against the rain and other elements.
Our Jervey Ave Property just finished it’s roof project. Thanks to Carlos and his crew at Coast to Coast Services for installing a brand new roof. 🔨🏠☀️🌧🌨
🏠🔨Framing is completed at our Jervey Ave Property. A few changes happening are we’re opening up the floor plan and creating an open concept Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. The Master Bedroom is getting a new Ensuite Bathroom and Walk-in Closet. Not to be left out, the 2nd Bedroom also has a Walk-in Closet. Right off of the Kitchen will be a new Pantry.
⚡️💡🔌Electrical is now completed at our Jervey Ave Property! This house will get an entire upgrade with a new 200 amp service panel, complete house rewire and all new outlets, switches, fixtures and appliances.
💧🚿🚽Plumbing is now completed at our Jervey Ave Property. New rough plumbing is being installed throughout the house. Check out the PEX pipes being used.
🏠Brand New HVAC System is being installed at our Jervey Ave Property. Thanks to JP Builders for keeping everything on schedule!
✅ Rough-in Inspections completed at our Jervey Ave Property. Next up, Insulation and Subfloor install.
🛠🏠 Subfloor and Insulation being installed at our Jervey Ave Property. All new insulation will be installed throughout the house. This will help to ensure a desired temperature all year round.
It’s so important to start your floors off right by having a good subfloor. A subfloor provides a stable, level surface for new flooring to be installed on.

Drywall Install now completed at our Jervey Ave Property. You can really start to get a feel for the layout with the drywall in place.
✅🏠🔨Siding is now completed at our Jervey Ave Property. We updated the color of the house with new vinyl siding and the wood shake shingles will be painted soon. More Exterior work to come!
